Recently passed NCLEX-RN and going through the liscensing process Over ten years of experience in providing individualized patient care in various hospital and home setting Working as Personal Support Worker with Elder care Home Health in Toronto Worked as a companion/ caregiver with Home Care Assistance in Montreal Completed Bachelor in Nursing Science degree which includes Geriatric, Mental, Adult and Intensive/ Critical Care Nursing Fluent in written and spoken English, Nepali and Hindi Good interpersonal and communication skills Experienced in assisting clients with activities of daily living Experienced in working under pressurized work environment Ability to monitor, assess, document and report necessary changes in patient’s status to plan timely intervention Good interpersonal and communication skills  Adaptable and flexible to work in different shifts Sound clinical judgement to provide need based care to the patients  Ability to work independently and as an effective team member
